Coaching and Support on the Path to a Fulfilled Life
You are functioning.
But inside, you are tired.
Perhaps you have been feeling for some time now:
Things cannot continue as they are.
Too much pressure.
Too many roles.
Too little of who you truly are.
This is where your change begins.
When Life Becomes Nothing More Than Functioning
- You wake up in the morning and already feel exhausted.
- Your thoughts constantly revolve around work, responsibility and expectations.
- You feel as though you are only reacting instead of shaping your life consciously.
- Things that once fulfilled you now leave you feeling nothing.
- You are withdrawing inwardly, even though everything seems to be “fine” on the outside.
- The thought of burnout no longer feels unfamiliar to you.
Perhaps you tell yourself it is just a phase.
But deep down, you know: the way things are right now does not feel right.
There Is Another Way
- You wake up in the morning with a sense of clarity rather than pressure.
- You make decisions with conviction – not out of fear or expectation.
- You have the energy again for what truly matters to you.
- You set boundaries without feeling guilty.
- You communicate clearly – both professionally and personally.
- You work successfully without losing yourself in the process.
- You feel connected again – to yourself and to your life.

It’s Good to Have You Here
For many years, I have been supporting people through transitions and crises – whether in their professional lives or in deeply personal matters that are harder to name. I understand performance pressure and the weight of leadership. And I understand the quieter crises that unfold in private: the feeling of no longer quite arriving in a relationship, or in one’s own life. Both have an equal place here.
After 27 years in the corporate world, my own experiences with burnout and a wealth of life experience, I made a conscious decision to support people on their path back to clarity, strength and a deeper connection with themselves.
You don’t need to be a burnout case to meet me.
Sometimes all it takes is a quiet sense that something needs attention – and the feeling that you’re not quite sure who to talk to about it.
That is precisely what this space is for.
FAQs
The initial consultation is free of charge and without obligation. In a calm and confidential setting, we talk about where you currently are, what is on your mind and what kind of change you are looking for. You will get a sense of the way I work – and can then decide, in your own time, whether you would like to take this path with me.
No. Coaching is not a substitute for psychotherapy or medical treatment. It is intended for people who are generally capable of taking action, but who may be experiencing a personal or professional crisis, a period of reorientation or ongoing overwhelm. In cases involving clinical diagnoses, I always recommend additional medical or therapeutic support.
This varies from person to person. Some topics can be clarified in just a few sessions, while other processes require more time. My focus is not on as many sessions as possible, but on creating lasting change within a meaningful and appropriate framework.
I work both in person in Düsseldorf and region, as well as remotely worldwide. Online coaching is just as effective and offers maximum flexibility.
People come to me with a wide range of topics – professional and deeply personal alike. Some are navigating a relationship or family situation that no longer feels right. Others are facing a significant life decision, struggling with a quiet sense of emptiness, carrying unresolved family conflict, or simply feeling that something has been waiting for their attention for a long time.
I also support people through professional overwhelm, burnout risk, leadership and team conflicts, and periods of career reorientation.
No topic is too small or too private. If it matters to you, it has a place here.
The investment depends on the scope and format of the work involved (individual coaching, team sessions or mediation). We discuss all details transparently during the initial consultation. What matters most is that you have a clear basis for making your decision – without any pressure.
