Your Journey back to yourself

There are moments in life when we feel that things cannot carry on as they are. That is exactly where coaching begins.

Who Is Coaching For?

Coaching is for people who are fully engaged in life – professionally committed, responsible, caring and capable – yet who begin to realise they are reaching an inner limit.

Perhaps you are currently experiencing:

    • a personal life crisis – with or without an obvious cause
    • a relationship or family situation that no longer feels right
    • a phase in which you have lost sight of yourself
    • professional overwhelm or the risk of burnout
    • a leadership or team conflict
    • a significant decision you cannot find your way through

Coaching is by no means a sign of weakness. It is a conscious decision to take responsibility for your own life.

Typical Topics in Systemic Coaching

In systemic coaching, we work on topics such as:

  • Personal life crises and questions of meaning
  • Relationship and partnership concerns
  • Family conflicts and questions of role
  • The feeling of having lost yourself – beyond all the roles you carry
  • Burnout prevention and support in cases of burnout risk
  • Dealing with ongoing exhaustion and inner pressure
  • Clarifying career decisions and professional reorientation
  • Conflicts in the workplace or in leadership roles
  • Self-worth, healthy boundaries and clear communication

Many of these issues do not arise in isolation, but develop over a longer period of time – often as an expression of an imbalance between external demands and inner needs.

In systemic coaching, we therefore look not only at what is visible on the surface, but also at the underlying connections – and at what is truly asking to be changed.

What Coaching Can Achieve

Systemic coaching creates space for reflection – and from that, clarity emerges.

Through this process, you gain:

  • a deeper understanding of your inner patterns
  • greater confidence in your decisions
  • emotional stability in challenging situations
  • clarity about your values and priorities
  • new options for action instead of feeling stuck

Change does not mean becoming a different person.
It means becoming more of who you truly are.

Why the Systemic Approach Is Different

I do not work with quick bursts of motivation or superficial techniques.

My approach is systemic – meaning we do not look at you in isolation, but also at the systems you are part of: your work, family, relationships, social environment and responsibilities.

With 27 years of experience in human resources, combined with my own life and crisis experience, as well as my training as a systemic coach and mediator, I bring together both structure and depth.

I understand performance and the pressure to succeed – and I understand inner exhaustion. This combination creates a genuine sense of understanding, on equal footing.

The first step

Coaching is a very personal matter and does not begin with a commitment, but with a conversation.

In the free initial consultation, we explore:

  • Where are you at right now?
  • What is weighing on you specifically?
  • What would you like instead?

Afterwards, you can take your time to decide whether you would like us to work together.
