For many years, I have been supporting people through professional and personal transitions, as well as periods of crisis. I understand the world of responsibility, performance pressure and leadership – and equally the inner crises that can arise when you lose sight of yourself along the way.
After 27 years in the corporate world, my own experiences with burnout and a wealth of life experience, I made a conscious decision to support people on their path back to clarity, strength and a deeper connection with themselves.
