About Me
Systemic Coach & Mediator – guiding you through times of change
From the corporate world to the individual – and back again.
The Moment That Changed Everything
One morning, I drove out of a tunnel — and suddenly no longer knew who I was.
The surroundings were familiar. I was able to keep driving. But something inside me had stopped working, as if with a single click. I had become a bystander in my own life.
This was not a gradual process.
It was a break.
And it changed my direction completely.
Who I Am — and Where I Come From
I worked in HR for 27 years, many of them in management roles within national and international companies across the DACH region. I understand responsibility, performance pressure, targets and the dynamics of organisations. I know how systems work.
And I have also come to know their darker side — not as an observer, but through personal experience.
Burnout. Inner conflict. The feeling of losing yourself within all the roles you carry — as a leader, colleague, partner and father.
With the support of valuable people around me, I began to engage more deeply with my own personal development. I learned not to see crises as failure, but as necessary stages of growth.
In 2009/2011, I completed my training as a systemic coach. In 2012, I founded m|i|v — menschen in veränderung. In 2023, I completed my training as a certified systemic mediator.
The Question That Drives Me
Not: “How can people function better?”
But: “How can people live and work within systems without losing themselves?”

Personal Development
For me, change is not an unwelcome departure from familiar habits, but an ongoing and enriching process. Some of the most formative paths in my own development include:
- Systemic (family) constellations
- Inner child work
- Initiatory-phenomenological men’s work
- Burnout recovery work
- Structural tapping acupressure
- Somatic Experiencing (SE)
- Yoga (for more than 15 years)
- Qi Gong
- Daily meditation
- The provocative approach in coaching
- Forest bathing (Shinrin Yoku)
All of these experiences inform my work not as a toolbox of techniques, but as an inner attitude and way of being.
Who I Work With
I support people
- who are going through professional transitions
- who, as leaders, are navigating the tension between humanity and performance targets
- who are experiencing conflict within teams or relationships
- who sense that there must be more to life than simply functioning
- who find themselves in mental dead ends or difficult phases
I also work with organisations — but only where genuine transformation is aspired and people are not regarded as mere resources, but as individuals
What Working with Me Means
You will find my work not based on theory and checklists but on the insights of two different worlds — the fast-paced world of organisations with all their structures and strategies, and the quieter world of inner transformation.
Someone who understands that true change often means leaving old baggage behind.
Insight rarely arrives in neatly structured statements. It emerges through dialogue, through silence — and through honest human connection.
My Qualifications
People And Organizations Who Have Helped Me Along the Way:
An Invitation
I consciously chose this path because I am convinced of one thing:
The most important questions in life are not answered in strategy meetings.
But in conversation.
In stillness.
In the courage to take yourself seriously again.
If you feel that now is the right time, I would be glad to accompany you for part of your journey.
